Problem Scenario: i want to know which nail polish remover works best.



Broad Question: what effect do different types of solvents have on nail polish?


Specific Question: when i compare homemade remover to store bought nail polish remover which is more effective at removing nail polish.

Hypothesis: i think the

homemade remover will work better than store bought because people on the internet claimed it would work.

Background Research

well,when i first started to do my experiment i just went around my house and found some liquids i could you to make home made nail polish remover. i tried baby oil rubbing alcohol water vinegar salt water vegetable and nothing worked. so i went to school and tried again. didn't work so i looked up so home made nail polish removers on the internet. and i got toothpaste hairspray perfume and hot water. and none of those worked.
